Autumn is my absolute favourite time of the year (though, seriously, I'm hard pushed to choose - each season has its magic!). My garden here in Dorset has many trees, including a couple of much loved Beech trees. Each autumn I watch the breeze catch those leaves and send them whirling to the ground in a myriad of copper, yellow, brown and faded green. That is what I wanted to capture in this blanket - one of those breezy days where the leaves are flying fast!
