Full description
This lovely individual red, orange & yellow flower marble, is handmade from Boroscilicate glass which is better known as Pyrex and is usually used in cookware and chemical glassware, which tends to be more resilient and resistant to shock.
Is made using the lampworked/flameworked method in my studio in Swansea near the picturesque Gower which has been the inspiration for a lot of my pieces. It has then been annealed in a digitally controlled kiln for strength and durability.
The colours you see are all coloured glass (not painted) incorporated with clear glass to give this unique effect. Approx 4cm diameter and comes with a small plastic stand. As it is handmade it may have some slight imperfections.
