Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

These wooden decoration made in the UK from responsibly sourced wood.
These little puffins have popped on their favourite tartan PJ’s, slippers and are keeping extra cozy with their hot water bottles. Lovely and vibrant colour with a gloss laminate with a lovely plain wooden back . There is space for you to add someone’s name and the year or a Christmas greeting. They are flat so can be popped in to a card as gift.
The decoration is about 7.5mm width & height and 4mm deep and includes a white hanging ribbon.
