I only ship to England, Scotland and Wales. Many of my listings show a 3 day delivery. As I make candles and melts on an ongoing basis the 3 day delivery is just a safety net in case I have run out of stock and need to make a new batch. In most cases the items in your order will be in stock and will be shipped the same day if order placed before 2pm. You can contact me to check stock if you need the item in a hurry. Please allow 7 days for any personalised item to be made for you.
Our container candles are available in a Kraft box as standard but you can also purchase a luxury gift box with ribbon and gift tag which can include a personalised message. These orders will be dispatched the day after the order is placed allowng time for the message to be added and can be posted direct to the recipient.
Individual wax melts are shipped using second class post. Larger orders over £10 are posted with a tracked 48 service.
I also offer 24 tracked and Next Day guaranteed deliveries. Please purchase these items from my shop if you require faster delivery options.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

This is for Next Day guaranteed before 1pm and is not refundable once the item has been posted.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Purchase this item If you require guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm. Orders placed before 2 pm will be dispatched the same day (as long as the item is in stock) using Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day before 1pm service. You can contact me to check stock before placing your order if you need the item in a hurry. This charge is an addition to the standard delivery price associated with the item.
