Pair of patchwork drawstring bags, gift bags, project bags. Choice of colours

For the person that has everything! Sold as a pair, one middle sized and one small, these lined patchwork drawstring bags have lots of potential uses. Gift bags, storage, holiday packing accessory, or project bags, or for keeping counters, dice, marbles or scrabble letters, for example. Great for gifts of sweets or toiletries, as the recipient will have the bags to use long after the contents has been used up. So much better for the environment than plastic bags, or paper and sticky tape! Size (approx): One is 6 x 7 inches, 15 x 18 cm and the other is 9 x 10 inches, 23 x 26 cm (the small bag in the purple colourway is slightly less) The patchwork is all handsewn but the lining and assembly of the bags has been done on a sewing machine. Each has drawstrings that pull closed from both sides. For the larger bag these are made from matching fabric, and for the smaller they are of ribbon. 4 colour choices : 1) Bright kingfisher blue. Squares of plain fabric and a stripe. Lined and edged in the plain fabric. 2) Pastel blue and mauve. Squares of a pretty floral fabric, and a plain pale mauve. Lined and edged in the pale mauve 3) Green and pink. Squares of a pretty floral fabric and of plain salmon pink. Edged and lined in white. 4) Purple. Squares of spots in different shades of purple alongside a pretty floral fabric. Edged and lined in a plain purple. The price is for a matching pair, one of each size.
