Many people have limited garden space, but still wish to display their plants to the best that they can. Therefore, my idea to facilitate this was to work upwards (i.e. multi layered platforms). One day, whilst rummaging for recycled wood, I saw some pallets stacked in such a way that they created different levels. It was from this image that this idea was born. To give it a unique look, I decided to create two colour contrast woods - pine and sapele.

These tiered wooden planter stands are ideal for displaying your favourite plant pots and flowers in your garden. They are handmade and carefully cut down to resemble miniature pallets with an attractive tiered design. The individual slats are thick and solid being made from pine. They are stylised with sapele dowel domino-like inserts to give this piece a unique look. Finally, the planter stands are finished with 3 layers of teak oil to give them great sustainability whatever the weather. The exact measurements are as follows - 52cm wide x 52cm long and 30cm high. Size adjustments can be made if required.
