Full description
A lovely hand stitched textile artwork depicting a striking blackbird which has been beaded and stitched onto linen. The linen has been hand painted with a delicate watercolour wash in shades of blue and green.
The blackbird is surrounded by an array of flowers, created from a collage of fabric pieces, adding texture and charm.
Seedheads and a radiant sun, complete with glistening rays made of tiny seed beads, bring the scene to life. The words ‘It’s A Beautiful Day’ are stamped onto floral fabric and sewn into the piece, adding an uplifting message to this carefully crafted artwork.
This artwork is mounted onto board and has a 12” x 10” soft cream mount with an aperture of 8” x 6” - ready to be framed to your choosing
