This sweater is a fitted style, designed for a 48/46 pin Circular Knitting
Machine and is worked mainly In flat panels. It is in one size, S/M to fit bust 32"-36".
This pattern assumes you have a thorough knowledge of your Circular
Knitting Machine, casting on/off with waste yarn, increasing and working in Panel Mode.
There is also some hand-knitting & basic crochet involved.
MATERIALS REQUIRED
Circular Knitting Machine, Sentro 48/Addi 46 pin.
(Optional: 22 pin Circular Knitting Machine for ribbed bottom edge & cuffs.)
500g UK Aran weight yarn (US worsted weight)
Contrasting waste yarn for casting on/off Pair of hand knitting needles UK size 5-6mm (US size 8-10)
(Optional if preferred: one pair of circular knitting needles size 5-6mm (US
size 8-10)
Crochet hook UK size 5.5mm (US size I-9).
Tapestry / yarn needle with large eye.
One 1" diameter button
Masking tape
Marking pins for knitting (these are like large dressmaking pins.)
