The base colour of this dish is a lovely sparkly green - one of my favourite glasses.
There are some lovely crafting people out there in Internet Land who provide tutorials and project ideas. This is our take on one of those projects.

A place to put your spare change? A Soap Dish? A safe haven for your earrings, necklaces, cufflinks or keys? You choose!
This will make a lovely housewarming gift, or if you are kitting out a new home, it would make a lovely present for yourself.
This dish is approximately 10 cm square, and the corners are 1.5 cm high.
We make this design using a square base of black glass. The small pieces of glass are then laid out in a random, mosaic pattern and the gaps between are filled with glass powder. The first visit to the kiln fuses all the glass into a single sheet A second visit to the kiln is required to create the dish shape.
4 little rubber feet are fitted to provide stability and protect your furniture.
