All items (except personalised and customised items) listed in my shop are made and ready to go and will be posted within one working day of purchase. Excluding weekends and bank holidays.
All orders will be sent via Royal Mail 24 or 48 hour tracked, tracking details will be emailed to you so you can follow your parcel's journey.
I try to be eco friendly and reuse / recycle as much as possible this includes packaging. If you would prefer not to receive you items in recycled packaging please let me know.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Babies pink headband / ear warmer has been crocheted using a super soft 100% pink glitter acrylic yarn and is embellished with a 3 tier crochet flower and has a faux pearl bead in the middle
The ear warmer is approximately 4 inches (10 cms) in depth and measures 14 inches (35.5 cms) in circumference should fit babies 3-6 months old (see size chart)
Machine wash at 30°C slow spin and air dry flat.
Colours viewed on a computer screen may appear slightly different to colours in real life.
