I’ve taken several photos of the moon, the last were during sunset and it gave me the idea to include this in a painting. I managed to photograph a beautiful Irish Hare here in Fermanagh earlier this year and had wanted to paint one ever since so decided to combine the two into this lovely painted hanging heart decoration.

Full description
This beautiful Irish Hare with the moon in the background at sun set has been painted in acrylics on a 12cm by 12cm wooden heart.
The moon has a lovely golden glow in the sunset sky. The grass has been painted using a painting knife to give a lovely texture and the Irish Hare is a beautiful golden brown colour.
The reverse has been painted to reflect a sunset sky.
The painted heart comes complete with blue and silver twine ready to hang.
