i created a ghost a day for the entire month of october!
this little one was made on day 12. he wishes to sing you the song of his people. 'tis a haunting melody for sure... wait til he screeches those high notes right in your ear in the dead of night!

this mixed media aceo is an original collaged artwork, made with layers of vintage music papers, tissue paper, and acrylic paint, then hand drawn with a tiny 0.05 nibbed pen. coloured with ink, artists pens, pencils and paints, on indian khadi paper. khadi paper is handmade from recycled cotton rag, it has a lovely textured surface and deckled edges. i have then mounted the illustration onto 300gsm cardstock, hand painted and layers with more collages papers.
"aceo" stands for "art cards, editions, and originals". highly collectible, they are small original works of art, which always measure 2.5 x 3.5 inches in size.
