You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

A special new baby cityscape print - with your choice of city skyline, and wording underneath to celebrate the arrival of a new baby.
This print would be a lovely new baby or christening gift, to mark a baby's place of birth, and is a gift that will last a lifetime for the lucky recipient.
I drew each of the cityscapes myself, by hand, using pen and ink. I am in the process of expanding the range of skylines, but at present I am unable to take commissions for cities which I have not yet drawn. Please check the graphics in the photos for a full list of cities (there are a few available which are not listed on the dropdown) - if you'd like one that's on the graphics but not on the dropdown please just specify this in the notes.

You can also choose up to four lines of text to add to the print. There is a choice of font (as shown), please let me know which font you'd like in the "notes to seller". If you don't state a font choice then I will just pick a font for you - from the selection provided.
The standard print is approx 210mm x 300mm and fits into any off the shelf A4 sized frame. The large print measures approximately 30cm x 42cm and will be sent rolled in a tube.
The print is printed digitally onto high quality paper. It will arrive unframed, in a hardbacked envelope.
