This is a printing from my unique original sketch of historical image in high quality pencil.
This sketch captures the Piccadilly Circus, especially during the mid-20th ncentury, was famous for its neon advertisements that lit up the square.These billboards were a defining characteristic of the area, creating a bustling atmosphere in the heart of London.
The Shaftesbury Memorial Fountain was built in 1893 and is topped by the statue of Anteros, though it is often mistakenly referred to as Eros.
Some historical context about the advertisements brand just like ''Gordon's Gin'' ''Wrigley's Chewing Gum'' are remains in operation today.
However ''Votrix Vermouth'' is no longer exists, having faded out of popularity.
This printing is presented on a 250gsm acid free linen fabric paper and adheres to a acid free 5mm formboard with colourless fixative spray with anti UV protection. Image size 18cm square with a backing board and protected in a clear cellophane bag.
