You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

I can not accept any responsibility for inclusions lost or misplaced in transit. I always advise all inclusions are sent to me by recorded delivery for their safety in an appropriate sealed container , including your return address on the back . once inclusions are received by myself turn around will be 7 to 10 days By placing an order you are accepting and understanding our terms and conditions . Care instructions and a cleaning cloth are included with your order. Please follow the care instructions to ensure your piece stays in perfect condition. Any damage caused through negligence of care is a customer liability. Sizing of rings is the customers responsibility, whilst we can provide a ring sizer to assist with this we cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies. Please ensure your address given at the time of order is correct . We can not be held responsible for pieces going to the wrong address . Every piece is hand made to order. No two pieces are the same . If you wish for matching pieces please understand I will try my best to replicate but each item is unique and there may be some differences . Pictures of pieces on listings can be copied for same effect but will not be exactly the same . Inclusions - If after 6 weeks we have not received inclusions required to make your order (unless pre informed of a delay or exceptional circumstances) I reserve the right to cancel orders without refund. Hair inclusions - all hair is different Colour of hair can change when resin is added . Lighter hair colour white , grey can become transparent in the resin . Please let us know your colour hair so I can discuss best colour options for your piece. My colour charts are only a guide Colour changes when photographed And on screens . Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
