I was inspired during a recent trip visiting Heligan gardens, where I saw the bumble bees buzzing around the last of the wilting flowers. I wanted to capture this in my signature drawing style, using fine liner black ink.

This is a beautiful original drawing of a bumble bee enjoying the last nectar of the summer before autumn hits. I have entitled it "last of the summer wine" to reflect the change in seasons.

The material used to create this piece is as follows: 2B pencil, micron 0.05 fine liner black ink on Winsor & Newton mixed media A4 paper (8.3 x 11.7 inches).

This piece comes unmounted and unframed and it is advised that this item is hung or stored away from direct sunlight to help preserve the ink used.

This item will be sent to you in sealed, protective packaging and delivered in a non-bendable envelope via the Royal Mail using 2nd class delivery.
