I love the Edo period of Japanese history, which was a particularly creative time in Japanese history.

Full description
Inspired by my love of Japanese metalwork and family crests from the Edo period, this pendant was created to resemble a Japanese Mon (family crest). The pendant is made from 1mm square wire formed into a circled with the hand-pierced and sawn shape soldered into the centre. A hand-formed sterling silver bail was then soldered into place and the whole pendant, polished and suspended from a sterling silver trace chain.
The necklace measures 29cms in total length, the pendant itself measures 3cms x 2.5cms. It will be supplied in a gift box and will be well packaged on delivery. Post and packing is included in the price. All my items are individually made and therefore unique.
