I made single and double bed versions of this blanket for my Daughter and Grandchildren. I thought it would be brilliant for babies and toddlers too hence making smaller versions.

Animal blanket crocheted using Sirdar Snuggly 4ply yarn and can be tumble dried. The blanket measures 96x96cm/38'x38' approximately. It is suitable to be used as a baby blanket in a cot, pushchair, toddler bed or as a playmat. All the animals are sewn down to make it safe for baby to use. This blanket can be used to improve language skills by talking about the colours and animals. It can also enhance imaginative skills by talking about what the animals might be doing. The animal vary from blanket to blanket.
