Inspired by the Bishops competition for a Christmas card based on this carol, I made the first, with the crown, but it was too big! The second was made with the left overs from the first!

Full description
Two Christmas wreaths inspired by the beloved carol 'The Holly and the Ivy' are presented. The first wreath showcases the primary theme of the plants, while the second incorporates the additional element 'the Holly bears the Crown.' The metal bases of the wreaths, typically utilized for floral arrangements, are adorned with variegated wools creating a backdrop for the stitched felt leaves. Small red baubles are affixed to the holly leaves, and golden hearts symbolize the season's affection. Moreover, one wreath is crowned with a glossy red crown made of foam card. Each wreath has a diameter of approximately 10 inches and includes a loop for display.
