CHRISTMAS 2024: Please order in plenty of time for the festive period. Royal Mail advises the last dates for posting will be 21st December for the U.K. (Royal Mail Tracked 24) and the end of November for International. I will continue posting after these dates, but there will be less chance of the artwork arriving by Christmas if ordered after these dates.
If you are buying artwork as a gift, I can gift wrap the painting and send it on to the recipient. Just send me the details at checkout.
Prior to posting, framed paintings will be covered with glassine paper before being carefully encased in a protective wrap. Wherever possible, I reuse internal wrapping materials I have collected. The painting will then be secured in a heavy duty mailing box. For unframed artworks, the paintings will be mailed in a reinforced, hard backed envelope.

Full description
This is an original framed painting of The In Pinn, a Scottish mountain range. It is considered to be the most difficult of the Scottish munros as it involves climbing and scrambling over rock and scree. I've carefully chosen colours to reflect the ruggedness of the beautiful landscape that invites so many visitors to the Cuillin range each year. I've scratched into the paint using old nails and I've used a variety of brushes to create texture and interest.
This original painting will be a perfect Christmas gift. It is a unique piece that will spark interest and discussion for many years to come.
