Weird Gothic Magical Fairy Tale House Trinket / Jewellery / Keepsake Box
This beautiful wooden house shaped box has been altered using hand painting, hand sculpting, decoupage and other techniques to create a unique box to store your favourite things
I have added texture using modelling paste and real moss on some areas of the box.
Using air dry clay I have created a tree trunk, little bird, moon face, chimney with a toadstool on the top and a fairy door on one side of the box, the tree has 3 abstract leaves also made with clay. I have also lined the roof with clay
Fairy, moss and tiny pine cones.
The front of the house has a wooden heart with a picture of a fairytale castle
A lot of work and detail has gone into making this box.
Fitted with 4 antique brass claw feet
The box has a pull out compartment, this is where you can store your small items or you can use this compartment as a tealight holder, battery operated tealight only as this is wood for a truly magical effect, or you could place tiny fairy lights inside.
The air dry clay is very robust but not indestructable, please handle with care, it is like ceramic therefore avoid dropping!.
The drawer compartment is left as natural wood.
This wonderful box will be carefully packaged before sending
