PACKAGING: My products come beautifully packaged in lavender scented kraft packaging - all eco-friendly packaging products are used.
(Please message me if you do not want lavender scent due to allergies etc.)
PROBLEM: If there is a problem with your order in any shape or form then please do contact me before leaving a negative review. I am always very keen to rectify a problem especially if I can learn more about my products from a customer view point.
SIZING: Please look at the sizing of the hair product you choose. There is always a photo next to a ruler and a written description stating the size also.

The red or gold hair clips measure 5cm in length and you receive x2 Christmas hair clips per order (left and right clip)
All of my clips arrive in a pretty cellophane bag, decorated with a peg and business card all placed into a metallic protective envelope.
