PACKAGING: My products come beautifully packaged in lavender scented kraft packaging - all eco-friendly packaging products are used.
(Please message me if you do not want lavender scent due to allergies etc.)
PROBLEM: If there is a problem with your order in any shape or form then please do contact me before leaving a negative review. I am always very keen to rectify a problem especially if I can learn more about my products from a customer view point.
SIZING: Please look at the sizing of the hair product you choose. There is always a photo next to a ruler and a written description stating the size also.

These fabulous whale hair clips measure 5cm in length.
There are three colours to choose from; Blue, Grey or White. However, If you would like a different coloured hair clip then simply message me with your order.
All of my clips arrive in a eco-friendly bag, decorated with a peg and business card all placed into a metallic protective envelope.
