If you are ordering multiple items, please contact me beforehand so I can correctly adjust postage costs. It is difficult to set postage prices, never hesitate to contact me! My emails are monitored several times a day.

If you require quicker more reliable postage for a more last minute gift, cut off is 20th December using tracked 24 or special delivery, or other courier. Please contact me beforehand so I can adjust post costs correctly.

We need more awareness around the subject of invisible illnesses and disabilities, while having many myself. Perfect for chronically ill, disabled or other invisibly ill/disabled peeps out there :)
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
