My first love is pencil, but I did my first watercolour of a house as a gift for a family member.
I fell in love and since then have done several commissions.
This item is made-to-order and will be posted to you by Folk Friends within 21 days of receiving payment.

This listing is for a personalised watercolour and ink painting of your house, home, wedding venue, church, school or special place.
Unlike many other similar items, it is NOT an artificial intelligence generated image.
I paint on A4 sized good quality thick 300gsm watercolour paper.
I use Windsor and Newton watercolour paint.
Script can be added either below or above the painting to include House name, Family names, dates etc. this is done in ink.
Special requests can be negotiated, please just message me with any questions.
I have done lots of commissions before but this is my first time on Etsy.
Because this is a personalised made to order item, I do not accept returns. However, if you have any problems, please get in touch and I will do my best to sort these out for you. As I do the piece of work, I will keep in touch with you and update you on the work as it progresses. In this way, you will be happy with the result before it is finished.
Expected turn around time will be 2-4 weeks.
I ship via DPD.
Your painting will arrive on paper in a protective cardboard sleeve. Frames are not included.
