Full description

A single snag free stitch marker with a yellow sea snail shell collected from the beaches close to my home on the Isle of Wight

Once collected the shells are cleaned before being worked on. After holes have been drilled they are washed again to remove any residue, dried and turned into stitch markers.

Thin beading wire is used to make the stitch marker loops meaning that they slide easily along your needles with crimps holding the sea glass in place. They will sit happily on a needle up to 7mm.

Designed by Jo Randall on the Isle of Wight
