Every box tells its own story, with variations in grain, color, and texture that make each item special. If you have preferences for wood type or velvet flocking, I’d be delighted to customize a box just for you.
These creations are made to order with meticulous attention to detail. Smaller boxes take around 3-4 days, while larger ones may require up to 15 days. Shipping via Royal Mail 1st Class is included, and for items in stock, I ship immediately.

The name "The Floating Heart" comes from the idea of a heart gently floating, light and serene. I was inspired by natural beauty and simplicity, like a leaf drifting on water. Tulipwood and pine represent purity and naturalness, while the glossy finish symbolizes brightness and elegance.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
