IMPORTANT CHANGE!
Due to yet another increase in Royal Mail prices I have reluctantly taken the decision to post my packages 2nd class from now on. However, a postage upgrade option is available in a separate listing.
I aim to dispatch purchases as quickly as possible.
As always, I am very happy to add a personal message from you and post directly to the recipient. Again please message me with your requirements when ordering.
When I first made a fish suspended in a jar I was naive to imagine I had come up with something new! It turns out there are many to be found on the Internet . Here is my version.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
This happy little fish is swimming by an invisible thread in a repurposed cherry jar.
It is crocheted in cotton, filled with polyester stuffing and has beady black eyes. The jar has aquarium stones glued in the base and a piece of crochet weed. The lid is glued in place and is covered with a blue and white cotton fabric. It is finished with jute string and a label that reads, 'I Got You This.'
This item is not suitable for young children.
Please note that when I'd finished this I was annoyed to discover that apart from the two seam lines in the glass there was also a wavy line that I took to be a crack. However, upon examining my other empty jar and my 4 unopened jars, I found that they all have the same line.
