Wormwood Vinegar is a unique product created by macerating common wormwood herb (flowers and leaves) in raw apple cider vinegar. It combines the benefits of apple cider vinegar with the properties of wormwood herb. Unpasteurized, unfiltered, and naturally cloudy - thanks to which it is still alive and biologically active.
How to use Wormwood Vinegar:
External Use:
Headaches:
Compresses on the forehead and temples: Soak a piece of cloth in wormwood vinegar (diluted with water) and apply to the forehead and temples for a few minutes. The cooling effect of the vinegar can help relieve tension headaches.
Insect bites and minor wounds:
Washing: Wash insect bites or minor wounds with wormwood vinegar to relieve pain, itching, and swelling. Apply several times a day.
Insect repellent:
Skin and clothing spray: Dilute wormwood vinegar with water in a 1:1 ratio. Pour into a spray bottle and spray on skin and clothing before going outside. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
Pet protection: Lightly spray your pet's fur to repel fleas and ticks. Avoid spraying around the eyes and mouth.
RECOMMENDED DAILY PORTION: Diluted: 1 tablespoon of vinegar in 150 ml of water, for rinsing, compresses, washing, and brushing. Also as an anti-acne toner for the face and body. Undiluted: for brushing. Use for skin infections such as eczema, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, swelling, bruises, contusions, and joint pain.
