Welcome to Claire Michele Designs
A unique collection of gifts, home decor and decorations inspired by my love of nature and the coast using a range of techniques, including decoupage, fabric sewing and sea glass.
I love creating items that you can gift or cherish and love in your own home and I only use the best quality materials for my products which are hand crafted to a high standard and attention to detail. Where possible many of my items are upcycled or recycled for sustainability.

Full description
Handmade set of 2 square 100% natural slate coasters.
These coasters make great gifts and would look lovely in any home.
The slate coasters have been painted to one side and decoupaged with a lovely blue tit design and finished with many coats of heat and water resistant varnish for protection. The reverse of each coaster has 4 rubber feet to protect your furniture.
Due to the nature of decoupage (paper and glue) and the use of slate, there will be slight imperfections and variations on design and therefore not completely smooth. Every care is taken to avoid as many wrinkles as possible. The coasters may also vary in design and not always be identical. depending on the design used.
Measurements are approximate: 4" x 4"
Suitable for both hot and cold drinks.
Care of your coasters:
Do not immerse your coaster in water due to the materials that have been used in decoupage.
Do not scrub your coaster - gently wipe over the coaster with a damp cloth and wipe after use.
Do not allow spillages to sit on the surface of the coaster.

PACKAGING:
All orders are gift wrapped and packaged using eco friendly or recyclable products where possible. If a cello bag has been used for cards, these are biodegradable or can be reused.
