Welcome to Claire Michele Designs
A unique collection of gifts, home decor and decorations inspired by my love of nature and the coast using a range of techniques, including decoupage, fabric sewing and sea glass.
I love creating items that you can gift or cherish and love in your own home and I only use the best quality materials for my products which are hand crafted to a high standard and attention to detail. Where possible many of my items are upcycled or recycled for sustainability.

Handmade padded book cover protector
Made from 100% cotton fabric, these book covers are a great way to keep your books protected from dirt and pages getting torn or bent. Made with two co-ordinating fabrics, they are gently padded with wadding and have two buttons either side with a detachable co-ordinated elastic to keep the book safe, especially whilst travelling.
These covers house a standard size paperback easily (up to 520 pages fits great) and also can keep the larger style iPad safe, even e-readers would fit too.
Measurements:
Height: 10" x Width 8.5" approx
The outer cover is a pretty pastel leaf on a white background print and the lining is a co-ordinating blue and white print with two wooden buttons and a co-ordinating elastic.
The covers can be hand washed and then ironed flat.

All orders are gift wrapped and packaged using eco friendly or recyclable products where possible. If a cello bag has been used for cards, these are biodegradable or can be reused.
