I am taking a break over Christmas and the New Year.
A huge thank you to everyone who has purchased something from my shop this year. Every sale has given me joy and has helped support a homeless person in Reading.

Please feel free to email me if there is anything you would like me to reserve for you when I reopen in January.

Welcome to my shop. I hope you enjoy having a browse. I love working with textiles, making small and large items.

If you live in the Reading area you can come and see me at the Artists and Makers Fairs in Caversham
https://www.artistsandmakersfairs.co.uk

I am always happy to consider commissions and can personalise items. Just drop me an email pamccrafts@gmail.com.

You can follow me on FB and Instagram as well @pamccrafts.

All the items are hand sewn by me. I am increasingly thinking about sustainability with my work and am including more repurposed projects, and trying to use organic and natural fibres and fabrics.

I donate 10% of my sales to Launchpad, a charity working to prevent homelessness in Reading

IF YOU ARE ABLE TO COLLECT FROM ME IN RG4 I WILL REFUND POSTAGE

I love working with these vibrant coloured silks, and am delighted to know they are fairly traded, supporting women in India

These cheerful brooches are made by stitching sari ribbons and remnants onto hessian. The centre of each flower is made from buttons and beads. (The beads are Ghanaian and made from recycled glass or cassette cases). Each brooch is backed with a coordinating cotton. Each brooch is different and therefore makes a unique gift.

Approx size 5cm x 5cm

They are mounted on card and include information about they are made and are protected by a cellophane envelope.

The sari silks are sourced from women in N India providing them with an income.

10% of my sales go to Launchpad, a charity working to prevent homelessness in Reading so your purchase will be helpful people at home and abroad.
