Many years ago our family visited the Isle of Wight where the red squirrels scampered aout just outside our lodge. One of our favourite memories from our holidays on that wonderful island.

Full description
A baby red squirrel in a nest. Needle felt wool red squirrel hibernating in a drey of woven twigs with fabric leaves and acorns.
The baby red squirrel has been made by needle felting wool fibres with a sharp needle. It lays amongst commercial fabric leaves . The base is a craft made woven nest.
The squirrel is not attached to the nest and can be removed. The leaves and acorns are glued onto the nest.
Measures 4 ins across.
