This Mindfulness Journal is your perfect companion to sit down and reflect on your day. It contains 2 breathing exercises and 7 mindfulness questions on it's double-sided pages. It doesn't matter if you use it daily, weekly or monthly, it's a great tool to get to know yourself. The design is in calming greens and features illustrated mushrooms to add some cosy feelings to your mindfulness practice.
