I love growing herbs, my garden is full, I use them for soap making, candles and to put in my cooking so drying them is vital to stop mould growth and enhance the taste.
I do not like the idea of oven drying them for hours on end and them being left unattended, by hanging them to dry the process is longer but its more natural, cost effective, energy saving and can be left unattended.
Mine hangs proudly in my kitchen and is always a conversation starter.

The most natural way to dry herbs or flowers, just tie some string around them and hang them up!

These look beautiful in cottage kitchens but are versatile enough they look perfect in modern kitchens.
I am an avid herb grower and I have noticed the taste difference in hanging my herbs to dry over dehydrating them in the oven and I will never go back.
These hang nicely in the corner of the room and always attract attention.
This is an introductory price as I am progressing on from this design and working on a new one.
