I have been a professional upholsterer for 33 years and have made furniture for Laura Ashley, Habitat & Christie Tyler to name a few. I was made redundant 10 years ago and started selling my own handcrafted children's chairs in designer fabrics online, which proved very popular. This progressed to adult chairs and footstools.
All the items in my shop are completely handmade by myself. I make the frames from a mixture of hard and soft woods, and I upholster everything myself.
My wife manages the business and will reply to any emails, questions that you may have. My daughter even helps out too, so we are a complete family run business. I take huge pride in my work and love making a quality item that will last for years and years.

I am a professional upholsterer with over 33 years experience, and have made this sturdy little CHILD’S chair, using this Red Faux Leather fabric..
This lovely little armchair measures approximately 29 inches in height, by 22 inches wide and is suitable for children aged up to 9 or 10 years. It has a wooden frame and has a fire retardant interliner, which makes it compliant with UK fire regulations.
This chair is made to a very high standard, and the materials used are the same as in adult furniture. It can also take the weight of a 12 stone man!
All my items are made to order and take around 2 weeks to be made and delivered.
