Full description
Hummingbirds Wooden jigsaw puzzle. It contains 130 regular “jigsaw” and nature related whimsical pieces that match the image and enhance your enjoyment.
This puzzly is a Lithograph of Hummingbirds (Trochilidae) by Adolf Giltsch after sketch by renowned biologist and nature philosopher, Ernst Haeckel. It appears in a book titled “Art Forms in Nature” that was published in 1904.
Handcrafted in our Surrey workshop who design, cut, and box each puzzly in their Surrey workshops.
The 130 piece quality wooden jigsaw pieces includes Victorian style whimsical shapes. It measures 250mm by 175mm (10”x8”) once complete.
We use sustainably sourced 3mm thick wood as the base of our puzzly and the image is printed using a Giclée printing process to ensure deep colour depth and vivid detail. Our finishing process produces a textured finish to the puzzly to give it that premium quality.
The puzzly is scratch and water resistant to ensure it remains an heirloom that is passed on for generations to come.
Each puzzly comes in a bleach free cotton bag and is boxed in our designed, printed and hand assembled packaging that is made from 100% recycled card stock.
This puzzly makes a perfect gift for jigsaw puzzle enthusiasts and those just beginning the adventure of puzzling.
