Full description
This Poncho, also known as a Ruana is designed and handwoven by me using Shetland style 100% wool in fairly loose open plain weave. It has been woven in one piece employing double width weave structure, the back being joined and the front divided in 2 separate layers. When taken off the loom the piece was washed and the back of the neck reinforced with a row of crochet.
Hand wash gently in warm water. No iron
