A very warm welcome to my collection of original artwork.
If you are buying artwork as a gift, I can gift wrap the painting and send it on to the recipient. Just send me the details at checkout. Prior to posting, framed paintings will be covered with glassine paper before being carefully encased in a protective wrap. Wherever possible, I reuse internal wrapping materials I have collected. The painting will then be secured in a heavy duty mailing box. For unframed artworks, the paintings will be mailed in a reinforced, hard backed envelope.
(64) This original painting is called, 'At Times We Will Get Soaked.' The draw of the cool, blue sea is irresistible at times, but be prepared to get wet if you stand too close to the cliff edge. This would make an ideal gift for any occasion.

Full description
This is an original coastal landscape painting. The seascape is mounted and varnished. The sea is choppy and the white sea spray lashes against the cliffs. The water has been painted in cool, sea blues, lilacs with a touch of yellow, reflected from the sky. The land has been painted in earthy, rustic tones to contrast with the sky and the sea. I have used a range of brushes and painting knives to complete this original acrylic painting.
This bright and colourful painting will look fabulous in a frame of your choosing. It will look fine on any flat surface or hung on a wall.
