Full description
Monks cloth fabric is specifically designed for punch needle and works perfectly with Amy Oxford needles, the wooden adjustable Fatboy needle and the medium and largest needles in the Lavor Punch Needle set (the Lavor needle set is for sale in my shop).
Monks cloth is soft and very durable, so if you make a mistake you can pull out the stitches, re-align the weave and carry on punching.
This particular monks cloth has 11-12 holes per inch and there are no guidelines on it, making it ideal if you'd like to leave some of the cloth showing on your final design.
Because this fabric has a loose weave the edges fray very easily so it's best to seal the edges with PVA glue or masking tape before you mount it in your embroidery hoop.
