Just like the grandma used to knit.
Bring back the childhood memories of long cosy evenings in front of the open fire, old wooden floors and a big mug of hot chocolate. All my socks are knitted in a traditional way on five needles, using high quality soft wool for warmth with small addition of nylon for durability. Each pair is made entirely by hand and takes between 2 to 4 days from start to finish. Often, I combine several different colours to create a truly one-off pair of socks, so if you are looking for a unique (but practical) gift for a loved one or just want to bring some hygge into your life, have a browse through the Socks and Bears collection and chose something you like. Nice people deserve nice things, now and then.
Practical stuff: these socks can be machine washed at 30C (or hand washed), but don’t tumble dry. They’ll probably won’t need to be washed as often as synthetic socks, since wool has natural antimicrobial properties and stays fresh for longer.
Fibre content: wool 75%, polyamide 25%.
