Amethyst is widely believed to be a stone of spirituality and contentment due to its soothing effect. It is also credited with promoting business ability and in China large specimens used to be rented out to people involved in lawsuits as they believed in promoted a favourable outcome. In healing, it is said to help with migraines and headaches caused by nerves as well as improving concentration. Healers also say it can purify the blood and strengthen the immune system.
The name diopside comes from the Greek words "di" and "opsis," which translate as "two" and "vision." Therefore, this stone was seen as one of visualisation and often put on the forehead to help encourage gentle happy dreams. Other cultures thought that the rich green stone had come from the tree of life. Naturally, a stone this green is seen as being connected to a love and respect for nature. It corresponds to the heart chakra where it is believed to enhance love and commitment.

Full description
This bracelet is made of rich green chrome diopside naturally shaped polished nuggets and deep purple handcut and shaped round amethyst beads. In between the larger beads are 2 mm sterling silver beads and the fastening is a sterling silver handmade hammered sterling silver hook clasp with a sterling silver shell charm dangling from it. Chrome diopside really is naturally that remarkable green, these stones are not artificially dyed.
The length is approximately 8.5" or 21.5 cm. My wrist is 7.5 inches and this one is a loose and comfortable fit with plenty of movement.
This one of a kind piece is the one you will receive. All my items are made and ready to send so cannot be adjusted.
