Made entirely from sterling silver and amethyst, these earrings have a total drop of 1.5"/4 cm approximately. The largest part of the spiral is about 1 cm across.
Amethyst is widely believed to be a stone of spirituality and contentment due to its soothing effect. It is also credited with promoting business ability and in China large specimens used to be rented out to people involved in lawsuits as they believed in promoted a favourable outcome. In healing, it is said to help with migraines and headaches caused by nerves as well as improving concentration. Healers also say it can purify the blood and strengthen the immune system. Finally, it has been said that people who regularly wear amethyst jewellery become fascinating to others who admire their personality and charisma!
This one of a kind piece you see in the photos is the same pair you will receive. All my items are ready to send so cannot be adjusted (unless you would prefer a different ear fitting such as leverback, stud and butterfly, or another metal if you cannot wear silver - contact me to discuss).
