We wanted to create something that was hardy as well as beautiful for daily or occasional use. We wanted the product to be strong and able to last for years with good care.
Leather is one of the most durable, beautiful and tactile materials in the world and a natural, veg tan leather is a beautifully smooth surface upon which to paint.
We will paint almost any theme you could request on these covers; all you have to do is share your imagination with us. Or you could choose one of the unique designs already painted. There are never two pieces alike so you know that whatever you choose, there will never be someone with the same design.

This is a custom-made item and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Read the Folksy Returns Policy.

Full description

Hand painted, hand tooled and hand sewn leather A5 notebook/sketchbook cover. Incudes one A5 sketchpad.

Every cover we make is unique and custom themes are available upon request.

Every cover is painted with the greatest attention to detail using acrylic leather paints and finished with a leather seal to protect the leather and the paint. They are sewn with extremely strong waxed thread, designed specifically for leather products.

We take great pride in these covers and no machines are used to create them, just hand tools, a sewing needle, paintbrushes and paint.

Designed by Daniel Bealby in Pembrokeshire
