My Summer Season Collection is full of summer botanicals, most grown in the beautiful Hampshire sunshine and pressed by me, before sunbathing with cyanotype to produce blue-and-white photograms. Perfect as gifts for plant lovers, house movers, family and friends.

I wanted to let the flower do the talking with this one, keeping the background evenly coloured and letting the flower head shine, the blended blues on the petals highlight their ridges and delicacy, Isn't nature clever? Did you notice the stray pollen in Gold.

Full description
This Cyanotype was made from my Clematis plant named Sally, they shower the fence in beautiful flowers from early summer and leave lovely curly seed heads too. Made using the traditional Cyanotype technique, the sunshine got through the delicate petals highlighting their veining and structure, I have enhanced the finished photogram with a little 24ct Gold Leaf in the center and on some of the loose stamens.
This Photogram would look wonderful in your home or office space at any time of year, or make super gift for someone special.

Created on 300gsm acid free watercolour paper, hinge mounted to a backboard and White mount both acid free and in a fully recyclable protective bag.
Named ‘Sally’ numbered and signed on the reverse, it comes with a Certificate of Authenticity as an Original Artwork 1/1
Mounted Size is 10” x 12” ready for you to place into a 10” x 12” frame of your choice.
Aperture size is 7” x 9”
The photogram will be posted out in an all board envelope which is reusable and recyclable. I purchase packaging made from recycled products whenever I can.
