Handcrafted 3mm Sterling Silver Foxtail Chain
Foxtail chains are made by continuously threading thin rings through each other, creating a very intriguing pattern that stands out from the usual chains one may see.
I make all my chains from scratch.
This one is made from recycled 0.8mm sterling silver wire, the finished piece being a 3mm thick chain with a square cross section, which i then slightly antiqued to create an extra visual dimension to it.
It has been finished with a simple yet elegant S-hook for closure.
The thickness makes this piece a perfect gift for men or women, and is also suitable for adding your own larger pendant.
