Experimenting with the steam bending process created this shape around a rough former, crudely created in the workshop. Seeing its potential, I made a better former and made jigs to join the pieces together. My young son was instrumental in the naming of the Blink due to the resemblance to an eye.

Full description
Handmade steam bent pendant light in Oak. Each piece is unique, the character of the timber and the bending process all add to this uniqueness. Each lamp is supplied with a 1mtr cord with the light fitting being an E27 standard screw type. There is a choice of cord colour, these are: Black, White, Antique Brown. The cord can be cut to the desired length but needs to be hard wired ideally to an existing ceiling rose. The fitting is double insulated meaning there are just two wires, the live and neutral, and should be fitted by a competent person, alternatively seek the help of a qualified electrician.
Approximate size: length (tip to tip) 52cms, height 25cms and width 6.5cms.
Please note the bulb is NOT included.
