If you are ordering multiple items, please contact me beforehand so I can correctly adjust postage costs. It is difficult to set postage prices, never hesitate to contact me! My emails are monitored several times a day.
- My current cut off for Christmas orders;
Using standard cheaper delivery, 17th December.
For quicker postage, cut off is 22nd December using tracked 24 or special delivery. Please contact me beforehand so I can adjust post costs correctly. I can post any day EXCEPT 25-26th December however before that I cannot guarantee items will arrive in time for Christmas Day.
DISCLAIMER: this only applies if I am able to get items made in time to send, if I need to order more stock in or take extra time to personalise things, please let me know before ordering so I can ensure I have enough time for you! The more notice I have the better.

Who doesn't love Highland Cows?! I have a lot of Highland Cow themed items and can make custom orders/personalisation as required:) please contact me if any questions!! I will answer as quickly as possible.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
Please allow up to a week especially if I have to make more to order or add customisations, as I am chronically ill, neurodivergent and in a busy household. So sometimes need a bit more time. Otherwise I can try work something out :) Dispatch time can go over what's states in some cases due to my chronic illnesses and busy household, or issues with suppliers.
