Each affirmation has been folded and tucked inside an origami envelope made from patterned paper in shades of blue - this jar of affirmations has been thoughtfully created with love and care.
This would make a perfect gift either for yourself or someone else experiencing chronic illness who could benefit from remembering their inner strength - the affirmations can be added into a self care routine or can be used as a journal prompt.
Alternatively, the origami envelopes and affirmations are great for art journalling or scrapbooking.
The jar contains 31 affirmation, measures 300ml and is 10cm tall.
