Thank you for looking through my shop! I aim to post on the next working day and postage is always Tracked. Customers can message me for their tracking number.
Most items have a gift box option for a small extra cost (mostly to account for the increased postage fee).
I also make bespoke items upon request - just send me a message and I'll get back to you to discuss your requirements.
Items that are not marked as a gift may be posted with recycled exterior packaging to reduce my carbon footprint - the packaging around the item will always be new.
This item will be posted to you by A Charm of Magpies Shop within 3 days of receiving payment.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Metal dragonfly pendant, hand painted with a teal green, metallic gold and metallic silver enamel. Dragonflies are symbols of courage, strength, happiness and renewal / rebirth across many cultures. And as each one is painted by me, I can make you one in your favourite colours if you send me a message.
Measurements
The dragonfly measures 50mm from top to bottom and the wingspan is 72mm. The Stainless Steel ball chain is 69cm - message me if you would prefer a plain chain to a different length.
Product Care
Please don't use chemical cleaners on the dragonfly pendant as this will damage the surface, and don't immerse in hot water for an extended period of time as it may make the enamels separate from the bezel.
Postage and Packaging
Postage is charged per order, regardless of how many items are purchased. Your dragonfly pendant will be posted in a chiffon bag and sealed inside outer cardboard packaging that may be recycled (I try to reuse packaging to reduce my ecological footprint). I aim to post the next working day using Royal Mail Tracked 48. International orders may take up to 30 working days and will also include tracking. A gift box option is available for a small fee.

Every piece is handmade with care and high-quality materials. If I wouldn't wear it, I won't sell it. I accept returns according to my shop’s policies and UK law.
